Just a quick video on the new channel now on test broadcast on Sky Cable Ch 50. It will be availabe in other cable providers in a couple of months.
It still has some work to do as far as the content is concerned but it will slowly but surely get stronger in the coming months.

can you make recommendations to nat geo channel to improve their picture quality (color, resolution), maybe to be at par with discovery channel. I am on global destiny.
any chance that we might get FSN (fox sports network), now that baseball season is just around the corner.
We're continually coordinating with Destiny. The picture quality improved quite a bit already from 2 months ago. We'll see if we can still do more.
Fox in Asia owns 50% of ESPN/Star so MLB will be aired there. And you can imagine, it's not a good idea to launch a channel that would compete against your own.
Jude, will Fox News have an Asian staff and its own channel independent of Fox News in the US?
James, FOX News is run independently in the U.S. as another business unit of NewsCorp and I don't have first hand knowledge of their plans globally.

Sir Jude, I believe FIC has plans to localize Fox Asia, like Star World Philippines, is it possible to leave Fox Asia the way it is like FX and FoxCrime. I want to have the same content as what our Asian neighbors have. =)
We have SkyCable and I think, we also have issues as of now with National Geographic Channel. Although, I don't know if its our TV or it's with Nat Geo but the contrast is too much. 2 weeks ago it's the same thing then it was fixed and now its back to the same problem. You will notice it when the Cruise Ship Diaries promo vid is showing, its too bright that you can hardly see the airing times.
Hi Jason, localizing FOX eventually will not mean diff shows. It will just give us a better opportunity to promote according to what Pinoys want instead of what Chinese, or Koreans like.
For NatGeo, I will ask Sky. We just migrated to a new feed that is supposed to be clearer. The airing times was hard to read before. It's a technical problem and should already be ok.
when will fox tv and star movies be available with destiny
Fox should be on Destiny in a couple of months. Star Movies has an exclusivity vs Destiny so only Cablelink, Sky, Cignal, Dream, etc have it in MM.

The FIC office is in Ortigas in the Stock Exchange Building. It's kinda cramped right now but hopefully in a few months we'll be moving into a bigger space. Not sure how much Prison Break material we have in the office but will check.
